The bigger advantage is stock depth. Because Siesta is our own brand, we import it under our own label and hold it in volume in Sarasota. Therefore you can order 3,000 square feet on Monday and pick it up on Monday, in one dye lot, with matching reducer, stair nosing, and T mould in the same colour. Very few suppliers in Florida can do that, which is why contractors drive two and three hours to collect from us.

For most projects we point people to the house brand first. We control the supply chain on Siesta end to end, so the pricing is better, the stock is deeper, and the accessories always match. Third party lines depend on someone else’s shipping schedule, and when a container is late, your install date moves with it.
