DAY 1–2 · IN-HOME VISIT
MEASUREMENT & TEMPLATING
We come to your home with a tape measure, laser, and template paper. We measure every wall, corner, and obstacle — and build a precise paper template for any cutouts (sink, stove, columns, irregular corners). You get exact dimensions that match reality, not estimates.

DAY 3 · 30 MINUTES IN OUR SHOWROOM
SLAB SELECTION
You visit our Sarasota warehouse and pick the exact slab that's going into your kitchen. No two pieces of wood look the same — choosing in person means you get the grain pattern, color tones, and character you want. We pull options based on your species, then you make the call.

DAY 4–8 · IN OUR WORKSHOP
CUSTOM CUT & JOINT
Your slab is cut to your exact dimensions, edges profiled to your spec (square, rounded, beveled, or waterfall), corners mitered if your kitchen has them, and any sink or stove cutouts machined to the millimeter. Every cut is checked twice before finishing begins.

Cut, joint, profile edges, machine cutouts, sand to a finish-ready surface.
DAY 9–11 · CLIMATE-CONTROLLED CURING
STAIN & SEAL
Your chosen finish — food-safe mineral oil, hardwax oil, or polyurethane — is applied in our climate-controlled finishing room. Multiple coats, hand-buffed between layers, fully cured before delivery. The slab leaves our shop sealed, protected, and ready for daily use.

Apply, cure, buff, inspect, and quality-check before release.
DAY 12–14 · ON-SITE IN YOUR KITCHEN
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Our team delivers your finished slab anywhere in Florida. We remove the old counter if needed, fit the new one, level it, secure it, seal the seams, and clean up. You don't need to coordinate with anyone else. We hand you the keys to a finished kitchen and walk away.
