What does the manufacturer warranty cover?

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in material and construction including surface wear, structural integrity, and finish quality. If a plank fails under normal use conditions, it is replaced at no cost to you. The warranty applies to all products in the WLM Siesta Collection.

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty length varies by product within the Siesta Collection ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the wear layer selected. Commercial-grade products carry separate commercial warranty terms. Ask our team for the specific warranty document for your chosen product before ordering.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, flooding or standing water beyond normal moisture exposure, impact damage, or normal wear and tear over time. It also does not apply to products installed outside their recommended specifications. Our team will walk you through the full exclusions before you order.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact your dedicated WLM account manager directly by phone or email. We handle all warranty claims in-house. No third-party runaround, no lengthy forms. Bring your order details and a description of the issue and we will
take it from there.

What is the WLM Price Guarantee?

The price quoted at account approval is the price you pay on every order. No hidden fees, no handling charges, no markups at the counter. If pricing ever changes, you are notified in advance — never at pickup.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Report it to your account manager the same day. We will arrange replacement product immediately — no delay to your project timeline. Damaged goods are never your responsibility to absorb.

Do you guarantee same-day pickup availability?

Yes. If a product is listed in our catalogue it is in stock at our Sarasota warehouse and available for same-day pickup Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We confirm stock before every order is placed.

Is the warranty transferable to my client?

Yes. The manufacturer warranty transfers to the end client meaning your customers are covered for the full warranty period. This is a strong selling point when presenting flooring options to residential or commercial clients.
