In Florida, finishing is not optional. Humidity swings, air conditioning cycles and coastal air all work on untreated wood, and an unsealed top will cup, stain or dry out faster than most people expect.
We finish and seal every piece before it leaves the warehouse. You choose the look you want, a food safe oil finish for a natural matte surface you refresh once or twice a year, or a harder protective coat for a kitchen that takes heavy daily traffic and cleaning. Either way the piece arrives protected, not raw.
Custom cut and made to fit your space
Very few kitchens are standard. Sinks land off center, walls are rarely square, islands get built to whatever footprint the room allows. Bring us your measurements and we cut to them, including sink and cooktop cutouts, edge profiles and the odd angles that come with an older Florida home.
If you would rather not measure yourself, that is fine too. Installation is available, and our team can handle the job from template to finished surface.

Everything we sell sits in our own Sarasota warehouse, so you are not waiting weeks on a special order. Delivery is available throughout the area, and contractors regularly drive in from surrounding counties to pick up the same day.
That matters most to the people working on a deadline. If you are a general contractor, a flooring installer or a flipper trying to close out a kitchen before the walkthrough, same day availability is worth more than a slightly lower price with a four week lead time.
